Yes, all carers are well trained and experienced fully employed by Metrolab Care – we are not using temps or supplied agency staff. Our employment process is stringent which requires participating in an interview and passing a series of tests, providing two previous employment references, current and enhanced DBS, proof of courses and trainings relevant to the care industry. Most of our employees are hold a national recognised qualification or are working towards one. We also take them through our inhouse start-up training of days classes and two days at work training. and home care techniques. Our carer employees must all complete a 4 weeks shadowing training programme.

Metrolab Carers will provide a wide range of services. Some of our support services include the following:

  • Household tasks Cleaning, Laundry,  cooking, shopping, ironing etc
  • Admin tasks g. filling forms, writing letters, collecting pensions, benefits, prescriptions.
  • Companionship, taking them out, conversation, reading, listening,
  • Personal careg. getting up, toileting, bathing, washing, dressing, overseeing medication.
We would like to be seen very competitive; however, the cost will depend on the level of care that you would like us to provide you with. In order to plan the level of care you require we will make an initial assessment, free of charge. In all circumstances Metrolab Care will make its best effort to accommodate most of the circumstances.
Yes. Our Care Registered Manager will draw a standard care agreement contract . This is necessary to protect the interests of all parties, in which we both inter into a binding agreement.
You can cancel if there is dissatisfaction which we failed to handle, if circumstances change, for if you admitted into hospital etc. in all circumstances our Registered Manager should be contacted.
If you are unhappy with the service your assigned carer provides you with, please contact our Register Manager an address reasons for dissatisfaction. We will take a prompt steps to investigate and improve the situation.
